This website exists to describe our exterior painting and HOA compliance-support services in Las Vegas, NV, and to let you request a quote or a call. By using it, you agree to use it for those purposes and not to misuse the forms, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation.
Exterior Painting Las Vegas paints the outside of homes in Las Vegas, NV. Most of our work answers HOA repaint notices, which can include reviewing the letter, researching your community's approved schemes, preparing architectural-review submissions and sending closure documentation, plus pre-sale and curb-appeal exterior repaints.
Information on this site is general. Every home and every community is different, and nothing here is a binding price or a commitment to perform work. Actual pricing, scope, and scheduling are established in a written quote after we see your specific property, and only that written quote governs a project. Walkthroughs and quotes are free, and a quote does not obligate you to hire us.
When you accept a written quote, it becomes the agreement for your project along with these terms.
The surfaces, colors, prep and number of coats are the ones listed on your quote. Work not listed there is not included.
If you or your association want something added or changed after you accept, we will confirm the change and any price difference with you in writing before doing it.
Where your community requires architectural review, painting starts after approval comes back. Review timelines are set by the association, not by us.
Exterior painting depends on the weather. Rain, high wind or extreme heat can move a start or finish date, and we will tell you as soon as a date needs to shift.
You agree to give us reasonable access to the surfaces in the scope, including side yards and gates, on the scheduled days.
The price for your project is the flat amount on your written quote. When and how payment is due is stated on that quote, and we do not add charges you have not approved in writing.
Any workmanship warranty for your project is the one written on your quote or project agreement. Apart from that written warranty, and except where the law requires otherwise, no other warranties are given.

Community associations differ, governing documents differ, and enforcement practices change. For legal questions about your association's actions or your obligations, consult an attorney; for what your specific community's process requires, we verify directly with your association as part of our work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute that cannot be worked out directly will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date, and the version in effect when you accepted your quote applies to that project.
